This Course relate to Taiwan Marine history, policy and law. We will mention about
The policy of Taiwan towards the South Chins Sea, the legal issues of Spratly Islands,
The East China Sea Dispute, The legal status of Batanes Islands and Maritime
Legislation of Taiwan.
